GRINDER FX 15.15 M-A Submersible Sump Pump with Cutter

The submersible slurry pumps with cutter are designed for pumping wastewater from sewers, in both civil and commercial environments. The pumps are certified according to wastewater standard EN 12050-1. The pumps are suitable for fixed installations with a lifting device or portable, as long as it is placed on a base directly on the bottom of the tank. Thanks to the efficient cutting system, the pumps are suitable for installation with small diameter pipes. The pumps are designed for quick maintenance thanks to a design that provides easy access to the main pump components. Automatic versions are available with outputs up to 1.5 kW. An ATEX version is available for use in hazardous environments. (ATEX certification: II2G Ex db k IIB T4 or IEC EX: Ex db IIB T4 Gb). Pump body and impeller in cast iron, cutting system in AISI 630 stainless steel. Motor shaft in AISI 304 stainless steel. Double mechanical seal - SiC-SiC/SiC-C in the oil chamber, not in contact with the pumped liquid, independent of the direction of rotation. Discharge connection is available with both flanged and threaded connections. Single-phase asynchronous motor (M-A/M-NA version) and three-phase motor (T-NA version). The rotor is housed in lubricated ball bearings. Continuous operation is enabled in S1 with the motor fully submerged. Dry running, for a maximum of 10 minutes. Motor winding overheating sensors with intervention threshold at +130 °C. Quick-connect cable gland, sealed in resin, 07RN8-F power cable. Single phase version with starter and capacitor in separate panel, M-A version with float for automatic operation. For three-phase motors, the user is responsible for connecting the overheat sensor.
