The lower coil is connected to the solar thermal system and the upper coil to a traditional heat source, such as a water boiler.
Another heat source can be an electric heater - its connection is made possible by a separate 6/4" pipe pin. The tank is characterized by low heat loss due to the polyurethane foam used as its insulation (50 mm thick). The energy efficiency class "C" indicates a very high standard in this category and size of heaters. At the same time, it allows to maintain an optimal ratio of energy efficiency to purchase and operating costs.
The outer shell is made of hard plastic in grey.
It is therefore more resistant to dirt and mechanical damage.
The inner surfaces are made of steel and covered with ceramic enamel to protect them from corrosion.
The magnesium anode is standard equipment on the heater and provides additional protection.
The heater can be placed directly on the floor and accurately aligned using the adjustment tools (feet).
