Pb battery charger CARSPA EBC2420, 24V/20A, automatic. Intelligent automatic lead-acid battery charger with seven-stage automatic charging, designed for permanent connection to the battery being charged. Suitable for backup power supplies, caravans, island systems, etc.


Product Parameters :

Charging phase:
- C-1 Desulfation:
pulsed current charging. This phase starts automatically when the battery voltage is below 11V and precedes the standard charging cycle.
- C-2 softstart:
phase of gradual increase of charging current up to a maximum value of 20A
- C-3 Constant current charging:
a key phase of the charging cycle. Constant current charging until a clamp voltage of 28 to 28.5V is reached (selectable in three stages)
- C-4 Absorbent Charging :
charging at a constant voltage of 28-28.5V with a gradual decrease in charging current
- C-5 Battery Test:
at 90sec. the test discharges the battery and measures the clamp voltage at the same time. If the test is successful, the last, maintenance stage follows automatically. If the test is unsuccessful and the clamp voltage drops rapidly during the test, stage 6 follows.
- C-6 Reconditioning charging:
in recovery mode, the battery is charged for 4 hours at a reduced constant current
- C-7 Maintenance mode:
maintaining the battery clamp voltage of 26.2-26.9V (selectable in three stages depending on the battery type).
