The FNIRSI DPOX180H 2-IN-1 Digital Oscilloscope with Signal Generator is a handheld two-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope from FNIRSI that combines an oscilloscope and a signal generator. It features a 500 MSPS real-time sampling rate, 180 MHz bandwidth, and a 2.8-inch high-contrast IPS LCD display. With a refresh rate of up to 50,000 waveforms per second, it captures even rare signal anomalies. The ZOOM time base facilitates analysis of digital logs and can accurately measure small signals with a sensitivity of 5 mV. Key features include noise filtering, high-precision digital triggering with three modes, and a DDS signal generator with frequency support up to 20 MHz. Other features include one-button auto setup, waveform storage for up to 250 sets, high voltage protection up to 400 V, USB export and fast charging (5 V/2 A).
