The silicone mat is an essential accessory for the preparation of cakes and pizzas! It can also be used for rolling out biscuits, gingerbread, cake slices, fondant and any dough. It fits into a small space and can be folded or rolled up and stored in a drawer. Easy to clean: dough residue can be removed with running water or a damp cloth. The centimetre scale on the side of the rolling pin and the circular template in the centre will help you stretch the dough to the right size! During use, be careful not to use a sharp metal object (e.g. a knife) as this will easily cut through the silicone stretching film!
