The refractometer with Brix/Be/Water scale is designed primarily for measuring honey properties (sugar content, water content, density).

Instructions for use:

Measuring with the refractometer is very simple, it is enough to drop a drop of the substance to be measured on the slanted optical prism of the instrument, to tilt the cap of the prism (the substance spreads out), to look against the light into the eyepiece of the instrument, or to focus it, and on the appropriate scale in the field of view the value of the sugar content, water content and density of the parts can be read immediately.
