The Colmi R12 is a smart ring with an LED screen, health monitoring sensors and gesture control features. It continuously monitors heart rate, blood oxygen levels, sleep and physical activity. Supports various sports modes and allows remote smartphone control. With 1ATM water resistance, you can wear it in the shower and while swimming, and the battery provides up to 5 days of operation or up to 15 days on standby. The included charging base allows you to quickly and conveniently restore power to your device.

Clear display
A built-in LED display located directly on the ring allows you to quickly view key information - without having to reach for your phone. You can check the current time, number of steps walked, battery level and current heart rate. This is especially useful in situations where using a smartphone is inconvenient or impossible - for example, when cycling or exercising.

The Colmi R12 is equipped with advanced biological sensors that continuously analyse heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), sleep and stress levels. Sleep quality is evaluated based on sleep phases - light, deep and awake - and the data is presented in the app in the form of clear graphs. This allows you to track your habits and take specific actions to improve your well-being and recovery.

Sports modes and exercise tracking
The ring supports several exercise modes - including walking, running, cycling or swimming. During activity, the Colmi R12 records heart rate, distance traveled, number of steps, exercise time and calories burned. This allows you to accurately track your progress and better plan your workout. The data collected by the ring syncs with the app, giving you access to daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Easy gesture control and practical features
Colmi R12 also allows you to control your smartphone using gestures. With a simple flick of your hand, you can scroll the screen in apps like TikTok or take photos remotely with your phone. This feature comes in handy when taking selfies or recording videos without having to touch the screen. In addition, the ring allows you to manually count repetitions, for example, during prayer, affirmations or exercise. Simply press the button on the case to record the next event - this data is also saved in the app.
