The smart Zigbee temperature and humidity sensor from Alecto is a useful tool for monitoring both temperature and humidity inside your home. This clever sensor allows you to set actions against other clever Alecto products: these actions are triggered by the temperature and/or humidity recorded by the SMART-TEMP10 sensor.

The smart sensor is powered by a button battery. The sensor uses the open Zigbee standard and therefore has a long battery life of up to 30 months. The sensors can be placed anywhere in your home and you don't have to worry about having to constantly charge them. The SMART-TEMP10 must be connected to a Zigbee gateway such as the SMART-BRIDGE10. You can get all the recorded information on your smartphone or tablet via the internet. This also means you can monitor temperature and humidity everywhere.

This sensor allows smart devices to communicate with each other so you can set up automatic actions. For example, the heater can be automatically switched on or off when the room temperature reaches a certain value.
