Soldering station ZD-916
The ZD-916 soldering station (microsoldering station) has been designed for lead-free soldering in the temperature range of 160 to 480°C. The device is designed for use in electronic research, schools and manufacturing, especially in the repair and soldering of electronic devices and telecommunications equipment. It can be used for soldering all types of QFP, PLCC, SOP, BGA circuits. It is controlled automatically by microprocessor. The two-line LCD display shows both the actual temperature and the preset tip temperature at the same time. The tip with 24V heating element and actual temperature sensor, has an input power of 60W (automatically increases up to 130W when warming up). Heating up from room temperature to 350°C therefore only takes approx. 30sec. The digital electronics and sensor in the feedback loop ensure an almost constant temperature setting, regardless of the increased heat extraction by soldering larger parts and the optimal dynamic temperature behaviour. Rubber coated soldering iron handle for protection against heat during prolonged operation. With a wide selection of N4-1 to N4-4 series soldering tips, the ZD-916 soldering station can be used anywhere in the electronics industry. The high performance and ergonomic design make this soldering station suitable for delicate soldering work.
