Detailed information

Product detailed description

LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries with a built-in BMS are characterized by their very low weight and high number of charge cycles—their service life is approximately 6,000 cycles at 60% DoD.

Thanks to their high cycle life and very low self-discharge rate, LiFePO4 batteries are ideal for both emergency power systems and off-grid installations.

Its light weight makes it suitable for use in mobile vehicles (such as RVs and grocery carts) and on boats.

The built-in BMS system allows for safe battery storage without loss of its rated capacity over a long period of time and controls the battery's charging and discharging processes.

BLUETOOTH MODULE AND MOBILE APP

The battery has a built-in Bluetooth module that allows it to connect to a phone.

Using a special app, users can monitor key operating parameters:

charge level and remaining capacity,
charge and discharge current,
current voltage,
discharge capacity.

BENEFITS OF USING A HEATED MAT

Safe Charging at Low Temperatures - LiFePO4 batteries must not be charged at temperatures below freezing, as this could cause permanent damage. A heating pad raises the temperature of the cells and protects them from damage.
Maintaining Optimal Performance - Batteries lose capacity in cold environments. The mat provides the proper operating conditions and ensures that the battery retains its full capacity.
Longer service life—reducing the impact of low temperatures results in less cell wear and a longer battery life.
Automatic temperature control—in modern BMS systems, the heating pad is activated only when necessary, thereby minimizing energy consumption.
Greater reliability—LiFePO4 batteries with heating mats operate without issues even in freezing climates, in energy storage systems, emergency systems, and photovoltaic installations.

APPLICATIONS OF LIFEPO4 BATTERIES

Emergency Power Systems
Off-Grid Installations
Installation in vehicles - caravans, refreshment vans
Onboard wiring - for powering electronic devices, lighting, and household appliances ⚠️ only when using a sealed battery case

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

When powering devices with electric motors (including ship propeller motors), it is mandatory to use a DC fuse on the battery’s (+) circuit with a rating no greater than the maximum load current specified on the fuse housing.

Subjecting the battery to a starting current—which can be 5 to 10 times the rated operating current (e.g., in motors, compressors, refrigerators, and air conditioners), can cause permanent damage to a LiFePO₄ battery with a BMS, which is not covered by the warranty.

AGM batteries are recommended for starting boat engines with electric starters, because the maximum current of LiFePO₄ batteries with a BMS system is limited to 100–150 A, which is too low for starters.

The maximum charging voltage is 14.6 V.

After a prolonged period of inactivity (e.g., after winter), the battery should not be charged with a high current—a maximum current of 10 A is recommended.

Check the maximum voltage your charger provides to ensure you do not exceed 14.6 V; doing so could damage the cells.

These batteries can be fully charged at 14 V, but the process will be slower.
