The FNIRSI DSO-TC3 500kHz oscilloscope, function generator and component tester, is a compact digital oscilloscope with several functions:

Handheld oscilloscope:
The DSO-TC3 has a real-time sampling rate of 10MS/ with a bandwidth of 500 kHz. With complete triggering functions (simple, normal, automatic), both periodic analog signals and non-periodic digital signals can be used freely. It is equipped with a powerful AUTO button that allows displaying measurement waveforms without tedious setup.

Transistor Tester:
The transistor tester function allows you to automatically identify and measure a variety of transistors, including NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel field-effect transistors, field-effect transistors, diodes, double diodes, thyristors, resistors, inductors.

Signal generator:
The signal generator has a choice of 6 waveforms: sinusoidal waveform, rectangular waveform, pulse waveform, triangular waveform, ramp waveform and DC waveform. Output frequency, output voltage and output duty cycle are adjustable.
