The cover isequipped with by qualityattachment for allcommon types of drills and is alsoready for fixing on work surface orstand.

Installation of poultry plucker on drill with protective cover

For proper use of the productit is first necessary to attach the protective cover to the work surface (e.g. to the table with screws)or we recommend to buy the stand SPIUMATRICE DIT AST(not included) and fasten it in on it. Thenwe recommend attaching the device (recommended drill - not included),which will rotate in protective coverwith a plucker on the drill see picture below.

Preparation before plucking

Poultry must be properly cooked before plucking see indicative table below. Do not exceed the temperature and immersion time of the poultry. Longer immersion time may cause cooking of some parts of the meat and skin and this may cause a problem when plucking. The times listed are approximate and we deliver during steaming poultry manually to check the possibility of ease of plucking feathers.

How to pluck properly
