The AVR 5000VA 8% SLIM voltage regulator combines the features of 2 devices: a voltage regulator and a surge protector.

Stabilizes the voltage supplied at the input of the stabilizer
Automatically reduces too high and increases too low mains voltage to the appropriate level
Protects connected devices from damage. If the voltage increases and exceeds a safe value, the stabilizer automatically disconnects the device from the mains and protects it from damage.
Works with electric generators
Suppresses interference introduced into the power grid by other devices
