High-quality IPS LCD display and easy installation

The CEL-TEC DK500 Tuya digital door peephole is equipped with a high quality IPS display of 4.3", where you can see who is behind the door thanks to the sufficient resolution of 480x272. The display will provide an instant image if the bell rings on the peephole, but of course it can also be triggered manually simply by pressing a button.The quality of the image is ensured by optics that are capable of recording in HD (720P) quality.Installing the peephole is easy and can be done by anyone in 3 minutes.Just use the existing hole from the original peephole and fix the DK500 with a simple mounting, which is also secured against theft from the outside.

The communication between the CEL-TEC DK500 peephole is built on the modern and rapidly expanding Tuya Smart platform, which is now capable of connecting thousands of products, not only for the smart home. The world's leading development platform guarantees high stability, reliability and viability for many years, which in contrast is often a problem for products using solutions from smaller developers.

The app will instantly alert you on your mobile phone when it rings or when motion detection (if enabled) is detected. This makes it very easy to see who's just outside the door from the comfort of your couch without having to lift yourself up. The app can also start a video recording or take a photo of what's going on behind the door, and of course all the recordings can be viewed. Through the app, you can also set up the peephole, which is very easy thanks to the Slovak localization and intuitive design. Since the peephole is connected to a home Wi-Fi network not directly to a mobile phone, it is possible to connect to it and view the image wherever you have internet access. This also means that you'll have perfect visibility of visitors even when you're away from home, thanks to notifications (can be turned off).

PIR motion sensor and night light

CEL-TEC DK500 does not only record the image when the doorbell is pressed, but motion detection can also be set. If movement occurs within 3 meters of your door, the peephole will create a photo/video record. Motion detection is done using a high quality PIR sensor that reacts to a heat signature not a change in the image, which prevents false alarms. Quality recording in low light conditions is supported by 2pcs IR LEDs with invisible illumination. The wide 120° viewing angle then gives the assurance that the area around your door is under sufficient surveillance.

Your home WiFi videophone

The function of the DK500 peephole doesn't just stop at displaying what's going on behind the door, thanks to the built-in speaker and microphone it can also be used as a home videophone. You can communicate quickly and easily with your visitor at the door, wherever you are, and let them know, for example, how long you'll be home for.

Rechargeable batteries and large storage

The device is powered by a high-capacity 3000 mAh rechargeable battery, which is enough power for up to 2 months of standby operation. The hood can also be connected to a permanent power supply from a 220V mains supply. A removable microSD card with a capacity of up to 128 GB is used for storing recordings. Cloud storage can also be purchased in the Tuya app, where the last 30 days (Premium) or 14 days (Basic) of recordings are stored.
