The pickle pot will find a versatile application in your kitchen. It is especially suitable for the preparation of homemade pickled dishes such as sourdough, drowned fish, cheese and other delicacies pickled in oil or vinegar brine. The pot is made of utilitarian glazed ceramic, which does not transmit light, maintains a constant temperature and the food then gets better conditions for ripening and the right taste. The pot includes a ceramic lid and wooden tongs for removing stored food. The pot has 2 side handles and a pocket to catch dripping liquid from the tongs.
