The refractometer with Brix scale is designed primarily for measuring the sugar content of fruit concentrates (juices, syrups, jams, condensed milk, etc.) in the range of 0 - 32%. It is equipped with automatic temperature compensation.

Instructions for use:
Measuring with the refractometer is very simple, just drop a drop of the substance to be measured on the slanted optical prism of the instrument, tilt the cap of the prism (the substance spreads out), look against the light into the eyepiece of the instrument, or focus it, and on the appropriate scale in the field of view it is possible to immediately read the value of sugar content (%) according to the interface between the illumination of the scale for the content of sugar in % (0 - 32 % Brix). The scale can be sharpened. For calibration, use water and set 0% with a screwdriver.
