Solid pot with lid with high quality non-stick surface PFLUON GRANIT. You can cook, fry, sauté, braise, roast and bake in it with minimum fat. The prepared food will not burn. Lid with a hole to allow excess steam to escape. Suitable for all types of appliances including induction and oven. We recommend the use of a kitchen mitt. For gas cookers choose the correct flame size, for electric, ceramic and induction cookers you must choose the appropriate plate size. The food to be cooked can be prepared on the cooker and then placed in the oven. You can conveniently store the prepared food in the pots and in the refrigerator.
