The plucker suitable for medium-sized even larger aquatic and burrowingpoultry. Pluckingthe roller is equipped with 15pcs plucking fingers with length finger81mm.Capacity plucking is30-40pcs poultry per hour according to the type of poultry.

Installing a poultry plucker on a drill

For proper use of the productneeds to be fixed into the device (drill recommended - not included),which will rotate the product.A device that will be used for turning,we recommend fixing to the work surface (e.g. to the table using clamps or clamps) see picture below.

Preparation before plucking

Poultry must be properly cooked before plucking see indicative table below.Do not exceed the temperature and immersion time of the poultry.Longer immersion time can cause some parts of the meat and skin to cook and this can cause a problem when plucking.The times given are approximate and we deliver during the steaming of poultry manually check the possibility of easy plucking of feathers.

How to pluck properly

Medium-sized poultry (e.g. hens, ducks) it is recommended to hold the legs andrun along the rotating cylinder,larger poultry (e.g. geese, turkeys)put on the plucker and roll over the roller always the part you want to pluck.See the video below for more inspiration.
