The thick-walled, sandwich-bottomed pots are closed with a safe pressure lid with a lever system that makes it quicker to cook beef for stew, creamed rabbit, saddle or knuckle, which can be eaten cooked, or put in the oven to finish cooking and ripen. And those who don't have the time to spend several hours pulling out meat stock will appreciate the quick and easy preparation.

After cooking and removing the lid, the pot can also be used as a regular pot and the food can be easily cooked and seasoned.
