Adaptive 6-step charging algorithm: test - bulk - absorption - reconditioning - float - storage
The charger is equipped with microprocessor controlled "adaptive" Battery Management Adaptive features automatically optimizes the charging process

Storage mode: less maintenance and aging when the battery is not in use
Storage mode - if the battery has not been discharged for 24 hours in storage mode, the voltage is reduced to 2.2 V/cell (13.2 V on a 12 V battery) to minimize gassing and corrosion of the positive plate.

Also charging Li-ion (LiFePO₄) batteries
LiFePO₄ batteries are charged in a bulk-absorption-float algorithm.

NIGHT and LOW settings
When the night or LOW mode is set, the output current is reduced to a maximum of 25% of the rated power and the charger will be completely noiseless. NIGHT mode will end automatically after 8 hours. LOW mode can be exited manually.

Protection against overheating
The output current will be reduced if the temperature rises above 50°C, but the charger will not be damaged.
