UNI-T UDP 1306C laboratory power supply
The UDP1306C programmable DC power supply is a cost-effective, branded laboratory power supply with one main output channel and a USB charging channel. It is an essential power supply product for users who just need a smaller size power supply with high reliability. Compared to higher end (multi-channel) UDP power supplies, this power supply allows for a larger load on a single channel, up to 6A at 32V.
The power supply contains a classic linear transformer and allows operation in the constant output voltage (CV) setting mode in the range of 0 to 32V or in the constant output current (CC) mode of 0 to 6A. In addition, there is a USB connector on the front panel, which can be used to charge e.g. a mobile phone with a voltage of 5V and a current of up to 3A.
The lab power supply has an EBTN display with three high-precision indicators that simultaneously display voltage, current and power with 4-digit accuracy.
The power supply has programmable parameters. It has 5 memories for easy storage and recall of set modes, and a button lock to prevent unwanted parameter changes. On the back of the power supply cabinet are USB-Device and RS232 connectors and a DIGITAL I/O interface for remote control of the power supply. Using the supplied software, the consumption or charging characteristics of the connected load can be recorded in real time on a connected PC and displayed in an Excel spreadsheet or graph, and SCPI can communicate with the PC based on communication commands.
Periodic calibrations can be performed in software.
The power supply contains a temperature-controlled fan, long-term temperature overload of the transformer of the laboratory power supply is guarded by sensors, which switch the power supply off when the limit value is reached and switch it on again after cooling down.
