UNI-T UT309A PRO non-contact thermometerWe offer a 3-year warranty on this product. The UT309A professional non-contact infrared thermometer can quickly and accurately determine surface temperatures between -35°C and +450°C by measuring the infrared energy emitted from the target surface. The UT309A is a very durable instrument suitable for everyday use. It is drop resistant from 3m and the excellent IP65 rating ensures good water and dust resistance. The UT309A has a fixed emissivity of 0.95 and a single aiming laser to indicate the correct aiming of the thermometer. The ratio of distance to diameter of the surface to be measured is 10:1 for this instrument. Indication of preset functions and measured temperature values is provided by a high contrast black and white LCD display, and temperature limit exceedances are indicated by LEDs (upper limit exceedance red and lower limit blue). It is possible to set up continuous measurement, where after 2 minutes the display backlight is switched off, after the measurement is finished by pressing the trigger again the temperature value remains on the display. The temperature measurement time is in 95% of cases up to 250msec. Indication of minimum, maximum and average temperatures and the difference between the highest and lowest measured temperature (MIN, MAX, AVG, DIF) is possible. The thermometer switches off automatically, to reduce power consumption, if it is without use for 8 s. This can be switched off.
