UT12M-EU is a professional non-contact AC voltage detector with built-in lamp and acousto-optic synchronous warning function. In low-voltage mode, it is suitable for testing low-voltage motors (<90V), audio systems, arc welding machines, underground mine lighting, cables with a thick insulation layer and other weakly electromagnetic equipment. In high voltage mode, it can be used for testing power distribution systems in the range (90~1000V), electrical panels, electrical appliances, three-phase systems.

Widely used in the maintenance of low voltage equipment such as wires, cables, sockets and other electrical/electronic devices. It is a very useful tool for electricians. Just place the sensor head close to the object under test or AC voltage outlet. When AC voltage is detected, the red or green LED on the tip will light up and a buzzer will sound. The buzzer frequency and detection LEDs increase as the detector gets closer to the object under test.

Allows detection of weak magnetic field near electromagnetic relays, solenoids, coils, etc.
