The ProStar 6 sand filtration is inspired by nature in its principle - here, too, rainwater is transformed into crystal-clear spring water by filtration in permeable rock layers. In sand filtration, the water passes through silica sand, where even fine impurities are trapped and only clean, filtered water is returned to the pool. It is therefore important to rinse the filter sand frequently to prevent dirt from settling in the sand. We recommend flushing the filtration at least once a week.

The ProStar 6 sand filtration system consists of a filter container that can hold 17 kg of filter sand. The container is made of high quality polypropylene (PP). It is seamless, corrosion-resistant and resistant to commonly available chemicals used in swimming pools. The filtration is equipped with a drain valve, pressure gauge, built-in components of the filtration vessel including an easy-to-use 6-way valve (which is built into the lid of the filtration vessel), a 450W pump motor, a plastic base for mounting at the installation site. The system is manufactured from high quality materials in strict compliance with technical standards and passes the output control.
