Apartment measuring set - without installation box IVAR.EQM 2

The IVAR.EQM 2 apartment measuring sets are designed for measuring heat and water consumption in residential buildings connected to central heating and water distribution systems. These sets are suitable for use in systems with radiators or underfloor heating and include all necessary components for accurate measurement and system balancing.

Each set includes a 3-way zone valve, two balancing valves, a temperature sensor well, a heat meter (IVAR.WFM 50 or MEGATRON 5), shut-off valves, a filter, ball caps, a mounting base, and a thermostatic mixing valve. The sets are supplied without an installation cabinet and without a separate water meter in some variants.

How to choose

• Select the appropriate Kv value (1.9 to 2.75) based on the system's flow rate and pressure requirements.
• Ensure compatibility with external 3/4'' M thread connections for all inputs and outputs.
• Confirm the brass CB753S material is suitable for the intended application and system conditions.
• Verify the adjustment range of the thermostatic mixing valve (36°C to 50°C) meets the system's temperature control needs.
