Principles for working with your data

 

We are the company ATRIA Slovensko s.r.o., based in P. Mudroňa 5, 010 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, ID No.: 53 430 875.

We operate an e-shop on the website www.atria.sk, www.atria-europe.com, www.atria-slovensko.sk

For the provision of our services, the sale of goods and the operation of our website, we process some personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

 

I. Processing of personal data

A. Processing of personal data in case of use of the contact form

If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the contact form. These are: first and last name, title, email address, IP address, cookies.

For what reason?
We contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.

On what legal basis?
This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract negotiation or to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process the personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 180 days from our last communication.

 

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: name and surname, title, email address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, date of birth, IP address, cookies.

For what reason?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding any complaints or queries you may have.

We will further process the personal data for the fulfilment of our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for the handling of complaints and other purposes).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?
The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data?
During the performance of our service and thereafter for 180 days from the last time such service was provided or goods were supplied.

 

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

Unless you are a purchasing customer and you have opted us out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send out our newsletters.

On what legal basis?
Section 62 (3) of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications allows us to do so, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?
3 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via email or contact us at: info@atria.sk.

 

II. Who will get access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, there are some companies or other persons who work for us who get access to the data because they help us with the running of our e-shop. These are:

Your personal data may be further disclosed to the following other entities:

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to that data and to have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to request that we erase your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, to have your personal data made portable. You can object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not treating your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, located at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27 (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/sk) or to go to court.

This policy is effective as of 25 May 2008.
