Axial
This category includes axial dynamic thermostatic valves designed for use in heating systems requiring flow balancing and temperature regulation. These valves are suitable for installation in systems operating at a maximum pressure of PN 10 and a maximum temperature of 120°C. The valves are commonly used in radiant heating, underfloor heating, and other hydronic systems where precise flow control is essential.
The valves feature a nickel-plated brass body (CW617N) and a head with an M30 x 1.5 thread. They are available in different configurations for connecting to steel, copper, or plastic pipes, with specific models requiring clamping screws for secure installation.
How to choose
- Select the appropriate model based on the pipe material (steel, copper, or plastic) and the required connection method.
- Choose the correct thread size (e.g., 1/2", 3/8") to match the system’s pipe dimensions and flow requirements.
- Ensure compatibility with the system’s operating temperature and pressure (T = 120°C, PN 10).
Frequently asked questions
Can these valves be used with plastic piping?
Yes, models with the suffix 'EK' are suitable for plastic piping when used with the appropriate clamping screws (IVAR.TP).
What is the maximum operating temperature of these valves?
The valves are rated for a maximum operating temperature of 120°C.
