Compression fitting set with nipple
Clamping screw sets with insert are designed for use with copper (Cu), Alpex, and PEX piping in heating and plumbing applications. These fittings provide a secure and durable connection, suitable for systems operating at a maximum temperature of +120°C and pressure rating PN 10. The sets include a clamping screw with a nipple and an EPDM O-ring for sealing. They are commonly used in domestic and industrial heating systems, water supply lines, and underfloor heating installations.
The sets are available with either internal or external threading (1/2” or 3/4”) and are compatible with different pipe materials, including copper (IVAR.TR), Alpex (IVAR.TA), and PEX (IVAR.TP). The nickel-plated brass material (CW617N) ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
How to choose
- Match the thread type (internal or external) and size (1/2” or 3/4”) to the pipe or fitting you are connecting.
- Select the appropriate material compatibility: Cu, Alpex, or PEX, based on the pipe material in your system.
- Ensure the pressure and temperature rating (PN 10, +120°C) meets the requirements of your installation.
- Verify the connection dimensions (e.g., 15 x 1 or 20 x 2) to ensure proper fit and sealing.
