Wooden cutting board - the best choice for slicing, cutting, slicing and chopping

Unlike oak wood, beech wood does not have bitterness in it that can be transferred to food, nor does it stain or stain as easily as, for example, ash or lime wood. Beech plank is flavour neutral, hard and durable as well as properly dense.

How to care for wooden cutting boards
To make your wooden cutting board last as long as possible, do not wash it in the dishwasher or clean it with detergents. With proper care, you'll keep your wooden paddle in perfect condition without the use of chemicals. Just rinse the cutting board after each use and let it dry, you can also clean the cutting board with lemon juice or vinegar. It's a good idea to oil the wooden cutting board from time to time with vegetable or mineral oil so that the wood doesn't dry out.

TIP: You can soak the wooden cutting board before slicing the bloody meat. The blood and juices from the meat will not so easily soak into the wood.
