Sets - classic, EK dynamic
This category includes dynamic thermostatic valves and pre-set valve kits for use in heating systems. These valves provide dynamic flow balancing and are suitable for integration into central heating systems with steel, copper or plastic pipework. The valves are designed for use in professional installations and are commonly used in radiator circuits to maintain consistent flow rates and system efficiency.
Available in corner and straight configurations, the valves are compatible with 1/2" pipe connections and feature a head connection size of M 30 x 1.5. They are manufactured from nickel-plated brass (CW617N) and operate at a maximum temperature of 120°C with a pressure rating of PN 10.
How to choose
- Select the correct valve type (corner or straight) based on the layout of the installation and the direction of the pipe connection.
- Ensure the valve is compatible with the pipe material (steel, copper or plastic) and use the appropriate clamping screws (IVAR.TR, IVAR.TA or IVAR.TP) if required.
- Verify that the valve is rated for the system pressure and temperature (PN 10, T = 120°C) to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Frequently asked questions
Can these valves be used with plastic pipes?
Yes, they can be connected to plastic pipes using the IVAR.TP clamping screws provided in the valve kit.
What is the maximum operating temperature of these valves?
The valves are rated for a maximum operating temperature of 120°C.
What is the connection size for the valve head?
The valve head has a connection size of M 30 x 1.5, which is standard for thermostatic heads in heating systems.
