The universal printed circuit board is designed for experimental or various test circuits. The PCB is largely composed of short tracks with a pitch of 2.54 mm, so it is directly designed for integrated circuits in DIL (DIP) packages. The PCB is designed so that both "narrow" and "wide" integrated circuits can be used. The long paths are routed across the entire PCB, making it convenient for use as a power supply. Due to the proper placement of these power paths, SMD blocking capacitors can be placed directly between them. A special feature is the top left corner, which is designed for SMD components. It is possible to use integrated circuits of type SOIC8 or SOIC16 or SOIC14. Various SMD components can be placed on the surrounding small PCBs, which can range in size from 1206 to 0402. Of course, depending on the particular piece, various other sizes can also be placed. We have designed the PCB to be as versatile as possible, so we believe that almost every component will find its place here. It's up to the designer to choose the right place.
