Universal PCB is designed for experimental or various test wiring. The PCB is largely composed of short paths with a pitch of 2.54 mm, so it is directly designed for integrated circuits in DIL (DIP) housings. The PCB is designed so that both so-called "Narrow" and so-called "Wide" integrated circuits can be used. Long paths are routed through the entire PCB, which is advantageous to use as a power supply. Due to the correct mutual spacing of these power paths, it is possible to place blocking SMD capacitors directly between them. A special feature is the upper left corner, which is intended for SMD components. It is possible to use integrated circuits of type SOIC8 or SOIC16 or SOIC14. Various SMD components can be placed on the surrounding small plates, the size of which can range from 1206 to 0402 Of course, various other sizes can also be placed, depending on the specific piece. We have designed the PCB to be as versatile as possible, so we believe that almost every component will find its place here. So it is up to the designer to decide what location to choose.
