PNI-CT28WIFI - PNI CT28WIFI Internet Hub for PNI CT28 control module with 8 underfloor heating zones

Gateway for internet control of PNI CT28 PRO thermostat - PNI CT28WIFI is an internet hub (gateway) designed to interconnect the PNI CT28 PRO thermostat with the CT28M control module and to allow management of the entire system via the Tuya Smart application.

The hub provides Wi-Fi connectivity to the local network and transmits commands from the application to the system's radio modules.

Control from Tuya Smart app - In use, the hub must first be added to the Tuya Smart app, then the CT28 PRO thermostat can be connected as a secondary device (subdevice).

This hub opens access to advanced functions within the application, such as viewing the set and measured temperature, changing the heating status, working modes (Manual, Eco, Scheduled) and access to advanced settings such as frost protection, child lock, open window detection, temperature calibrations or hysteresis.

Features and compatibility between the three devices

The devices work in synergy:

• PNI CT28 PRO is the thermostat that displays the temperature and allows daily programming (4 periods/day), mode changes (Manual, Eco, Scheduled) and can be controlled locally or via the application, after pairing with the Wi-Fi hub. It supports useful functions such as anti-freeze, keyboard lock (child lock), open window detection (open window) and temperature calibration.
• PNI CT28M is the control module (receiver) that effectively activates pumps or solenoid valves (up to 8 zones). Communication with CT28 PRO is done wirelessly; CT28 PRO sends CT28M commands, which activate or deactivate the heating zones. Pairing is done through a dedicated RF protocol: the zone is selected in the module, pairing is activated on the thermostat and on the CT28M module, and the command is recognized by lighting the zone LED.
• The PNI CT28WIFI connects the entire system to the internet, allowing remote control via Tuya Smart. The hub translates between Wi-Fi and radio (868 MHz), so the CT28 PRO and CT28M can be connected to the network and controlled from your phone.

This architecture provides intelligent control, flexibility and automation: the thermostat can remain functional locally, but is fully accessible online, and the CT28M optimizes heat distribution across multiple zones.
