T-piece - pipe / pipe / pipe

This category includes threaded T-piece fittings designed for connecting three PE pipes of equal diameter in heating, plumbing, and irrigation systems. Constructed from brass with clamping rings and O-rings, these fittings ensure secure, leak-free connections in environments with temperatures ranging from -20°C to +90°C. They are commonly used in hydronic heating systems, water distribution, and other applications requiring reliable branch connections in PE piping.

Each T-piece is designed for PN 16 pressure ratings and features a clamping ring system for easy installation and maintenance. The fittings are compatible with polyethylene (PE) pipes and are suitable for both new installations and system repairs.

How to choose

• Match the T-piece dimensions (e.g., 40x40x40) to the outer diameter of the PE pipes being connected.
• Ensure the fitting is threaded and compatible with the pipe’s end type and connection method.
• Verify the material specifications: body material is brass CW617N and clamping ring is CW614N, with NBR and STOP O-rings for sealing.
• Confirm the operating temperature range (-20°C to +90°C) is suitable for the application.
• Check system compatibility with PE piping and the intended pressure rating (PN 16).

Frequently asked questions

Can these T-pieces be used with different types of PE pipes?
Yes, provided the PE pipes have the same outer diameter and are compatible with the clamping ring system.

What is the maximum operating temperature for these fittings?
The fittings are suitable for use in systems with temperatures up to +90°C.

Are the O-rings replaceable?
Yes, the NBR and STOP O-rings can be replaced during maintenance to ensure continued sealing performance.
