The Plug and Play Indoor PoE Extender offers an easy solution to extend the range of your network without additional power. Simply bypass the 100m limit for Ethernet cables with the PoE extender for power over longer distances. You connect the extender using an 802.3af/at PoE powered Ethernet cable to the input port, and at the output port you can connect a camera or other device requiring PoE with a maximum power consumption of 20W. In addition, the PoE extender has a switch on the side to reduce the line rate to 10 Mbps on the input port, allowing you to extend the distance up to 250m (input) + 100m (output).
