Egg turning system

The gutter offers the possibilityautomatic rotation of the eggs with the help of a rotary grate Cimuka CNT30A, which regularly turns eggsat 2 hour intervals. Rotating grateis equipped with hazelnuts appropriatefor the size of hen or duck eggs. In order to be able to take advantage of the automatic rotation alsowhen hatching other egg sizes, issuitable hazelnuts must be purchased according to the type of poultry see overview above. If necessary, it is also at the hatcherypossible to turn the eggs manually (manually) namelywhen removing the turntablefrom the hatchery andby placing the eggs directly on the grid.The standard is thisgrid used only for the last 2-3 days of incubationwhen the egg is removed from the rotating grid and placed on this grid, where it is no longer rotated, so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.

Temperature setting and control

The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulateranges from 36.6 to 38.3°C with an accuracy of 0.1°C perusing the control panel of the electronic control unit see picture below. Panelis equipped with a digital display with temperature and humidity display,control buttons for the necessary hatchery settingsand alarmthat raises the alarmif the set low or high value is exceeded.

Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually with the help of manualrefilling water into waterchannels, which are located under the hatching base in the lower coverhatcheries. Optimum temperature supplemented bywaters is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial water pouring is done before placing the hatching base and swivel grate. Currenthumidity value in hatcheriesis checked on the control panel display see picture above. During hatching, water is left in by uncovering the top lid, removing one egg, and adding water to the canal directly through the bottom grid in the hatching base.
