Two-storey egg hatchery suitable for hatching waterfowl and poultry - for chickens, quails, ducks, turkeys, geese and pheasants. With automatic rotation up to 82pcs hen eggs - possibility of manual rotation of eggs,with temperature control od 35 do 40°C,with manual humidity control, water supply tank, thermometer and hygrometer.

Hatchery capacity by poultry species

Capacity with rotisserie: 82 hen eggs or 82 duck eggs. (included)
*Capacity when buying 2pcs pheasant egg rotisserie: 82 pheasant eggs.
*Capacity with purchase of 2pcs quail egg turntable: 148 quail eggs.
**Capacity without turntable: 120 hen, 240 quail, 60 goose, 100 duck or 140 pheasant eggs.

Egg turning system 

The gutter offers the possibility automatic rotation of eggs using modulesthat periodically rotate the eggs placed in the rotating grates at 4 hour intervals. Rotating gratesare equipped with foxes suitable for the size of hen or duck eggs. In order to be able to use the automatic rotation also when hatching quail or pheasant eggsis suitable swivel grates must be purchased. If necessary (e.g. for goose eggs that do not fit into the presses of the rotating grids) there is also a hatcher at the hatchery possible to rotate the eggs manually (manually) and it when disconnecting the modules and removing the swivel grates from the hatchery and placing the eggs directly on the grids - hatching bases. Standard are these grids used only for the last 2-3 days of incubationwhen the egg is removed from the rotating grids and placed on these grids, where it is no longer rotated, so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and successfully hatch into a fowl.


Temperature setting and control

The temperature can be adjusted and possibly further regulate in the range from 35 to 40°C zausing manual controllerat the electronic control unit. Panel is equipped with a digital displaywith temperature and humidity display, and on the left side by a rotary regulator for the necessary temperature adjustment in the hatchery.



Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually for help manualrefilling water into water channels,which are located under the hatching base in the lower cover hatcheries. Optimum temperaturesupplemented by water is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial watering is done before placing the hatching base and the rotating grate. Currenthumidity valuein the hatchery sa checks on the control panel display. During the hatching process, water is left by refilling the external water reservoir to supply water to the water channels.

Egg rotation, temperature and humidity are very important factors when incubating poultry and it is important to maintain the correct procedure and values, to make hatching successful! Further valuable advice that can help to achieve high hatchability can be found in the instructions.
