Egg turning system 

The gutter offers the possibility automatic egg rotation using PUISOR 1.0.AUwhich periodically rotates the eggs placed in the rotary gridat 1 hour intervals. Rotating grateis equipped with foxes appropriatefor the size of hen, duck or pheasant eggs. In order to be able to take advantage of the automatic rotation alsoat the hatching of quail eggs, isnecessary to purchase foxes PUISOR 1,0.ALP. If necessary (e.g. for goose eggs that do not fit the size of the press-turned grate) there is also a hatcher at the hatcherypossible to turn the eggs manually (manually) namelywhen disconnecting the module and removing the swivel grates from the hatcheryand placing the eggs directly on the grid - hatching base.The standard is thisgrid used only for the last 2-3 days of incubationwhen the egg is removed from the rotating grid and placed on this grid, where it is no longer rotated, so that the fetus can find the most suitable way out of the shell and thus successfully hatch into a fowl. 


Temperature setting and control

The temperature is set from the manufacturer to the optimum value for the hatching of waterfowl and poultry. The temperature in the room where the hatchery is located should be between 20-25°C Panelis equipped with a digital display with temperature and humidity indicator. The temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit units.

 
Humidity adjustment and control

Humidity is controlled manually with the help of manualrefilling water into waterchannels, which are located under the hatching base in the lower coverhatcheries. Optimum temperature supplemented bywaters is movingaround 25-30°C (cold water is not recommended). Initial water pouring is done before placing the hatching base and swivel grate. Currenthumidity value in hatcheriesis checked on the control panel display see picture above. During hatching, water is left in by uncovering the top lid, removing one egg, and adding water to the canal directly through the bottom grill in the hatching base.
