PRESSURE STATIONS WITH STAINLESS STEEL CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

DAB.2 KI

Pressure stations are suitable for thermal water, industrial washing (cold and hot liquids, and cooling liquids) and for applications with hot water up to 90 °C. Single-stage 2 KI pumps made of AISI 304 stainless steel are used, which guarantee excellent resistance to corrosion (special mechanical seals for aggressive liquids are available on request). The main features of the 2 KI pressure stations are reliability, ease of operation and minimal maintenance requirements.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:

HYDRAULIC PART

2 centrifugal pumps KI 30 stainless steel AISI 304;
Base, complete with 4 anti-vibration rubber feet;
Threaded suction and discharge pipe made of stainless steel AISI 304; - 1 x 18 l pressure vessel;
Ball valves for suction and discharge - 2 stainless steel plugs AISI 304, for closing the distributors;
1 pressure sensor on the discharge pipe (pressure detection).

ELECTRICAL PART

Degree of protection IP 55 self-extinguishing, impact-resistant, plastic electric control panel E.BOX, with display. The control panel protects the electric pumps and controls the operation, maintaining the system at the preset pressure value.

Operating range: from 0.5 to 22 m³/h with a discharge of up to 40 m
Pumped liquid: non-viscous, non-crystallized and chemically neutral, properties close to water
Liquid temperature range: from -10 °C to +90 °C
Maximum ambient temperature: up to +40 °C
Maximum operating pressure: 8 bar
Degree of protection: IP55
Special version on request: - special voltage (three-phase 230 - 415 V / 50 Hz) - special distributors made of stainless steel AISI 316 steel
