Dropshipping
Do you sell in your own online shop and want the goods to go straight to your customers? You order from us, we pack and ship to your customer's address, and the recipient gets a tracking e-mail in your brand.
How it works
- Log inLog in or register in our online shop. Dropshipping is available to every registered customer.
- Set up your brandEnter your name, logo, button colour, customer support contacts and footer links below. You set everything yourself.
- Order for your customerIn the checkout choose delivery to another address and enter the recipient's phone, their e-mail and, if you wish, your order number.
- We shipWe send the parcel. The recipient gets the carrier, tracking number and tracking link in your brand, and their replies go to your customer support.
Cash on delivery cannot be used for dropshipping. The courier would collect the amount of your order with us from the recipient, so please pay for orders for your customers in advance by bank transfer or card.
Connecting the goods to your online shop
You can connect the goods to your online shop through an XML feed: your shop loads the items by itself every night, with prices from your price list, stock levels, photos and technical parameters. If you need the data directly in your system, we can agree on a connection via API.
What the recipient sees
- E-mailYour name, logo and contacts. The sender is “ATRIA Europe / your brand”, and replies go to your customer support.Want your own domain or your name on the label?
- TrackingCarrier, tracking number and a link to a tracking page in your brand at track.atria-europe.com.
- No invoiceThe invoice goes only to you. The recipient gets no invoice or prices by e-mail, and we do not put an invoice in the parcel. You can switch on a list of goods with photos and names in the settings.
- CarrierATRIA may appear as the sender on the shipping label, on the carrier's website and in its messages. The e-mail explains this to the recipient.
Frequently asked questions
Who can use dropshipping?
Every registered customer. Registration is free and you set everything up yourself.
How much do I have to order?
You can order any quantity.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver across the EU and the EEA, and outside the EU, where customs duty is added to the shipping price. Delivery usually takes about a week, depending on the destination.
How much is shipping?
For EU countries you see the shipping price in the online shop in the next step of the order. It is calculated by weight. Parcels up to 31.5 kg go by GLS courier, heavier goods on a pallet.
When do you ship the goods?
After you place the order, we send you a proforma invoice, or you pay by card when ordering. We ship the goods once the payment has arrived.
Can the recipient pay cash on delivery?
No. Cash on delivery cannot be used for a parcel going to your customer, because the courier would collect the amount of your order with us from the recipient. You pay in advance by bank transfer or card. For goods you order for yourself, you can still use cash on delivery.
Will the recipient see my purchase prices?
No. The invoice goes only to you. The recipient gets no invoice or prices by e-mail, and we do not put an invoice in the parcel. You can switch on a list of goods with photos and names in the settings.
Who handles complaints?
Your customer contacts you; replies to the e-mail go to your customer support. You are our buyer, so you make the complaint to us under the complaints terms.
Who pays for returning an undelivered parcel?
You do. You are our buyer, so the cost of returning a parcel the recipient did not accept is yours.
Can I switch off e-mails to recipients completely?
Yes. Switch on “Never send e-mails to recipients” in the settings. The carrier may still send the recipient a text message, because the courier needs the phone number.
Can I try the e-mail first?
Yes. In the settings, click “Send a sample to my e-mail”. You will get the e-mail exactly as the recipient sees it, including the tracking page.
Want your own domain or your name on the label?
Yes, by agreement. The e-mail can go from your address, the tracking link can run on your website or domain, and your name can be on the GLS label. The return address stays ours.
