Eccentric grinder
What is an eccentric grinder? It is an essential tool in all stages of finishing and construction. Eccentrics ensure the best possible grinding of the material with minimum effort. This is all thanks to the curve of movement of the base plate, which performs both rotary and oscillating movements at the same time.

Dust extraction system
Grinding generates a significant amount of dust which, if not removed from the work area, can impair the quality of the grinding process and can also be harmful to the user's health. Our EX850E sander has a special heel plate with holes through which most of the waste material is effectively discharged. Changing the abrasive material is also very easy. Simply align the holes, glue the abrasive disc and the tool is ready for use.

Dust collection system
All waste material is collected in a plastic container with textile filters that prevent dust from entering the air. An external vacuum cleaner can also be attached in place of the collection bag, further increasing the efficiency of the extraction of waste material.

Comfort
The EX850E housing is designed to be comfortably operated with one hand. The switching button is easily accessible and at the same time protected against both accidental switching on and dust ingress. All air vents are positioned so that they can be grasped by hand and prevent accidental blockage during operation.

Settings
To ensure consistently high machining quality regardless of material type, roughness and hardness, the eccentre is equipped with a multi-speed speed controller. Adjustment takes place between 7,000 and 14,000 rpm.

Additional handle
Use a two-handed grip when working with large surfaces. The additional handle of the second handle is height-adjustable. Before you start working, find a position that gives you the best possible comfort.
