Exchangeable regulating inserts - without external adjustment

Exchangeable regulating inserts in this category are designed for integration into dynamic balancing valves, offering fixed flow regulation without the need for external adjustment. These inserts are used in heating and plumbing systems where consistent flow control is required, such as in HVAC applications or building services. They are available in a range of pressure and flow capacities, with color-coded versions to indicate specific operating parameters. The inserts are constructed from brass CW602N and plastic, ensuring durability and compatibility with a wide range of fluids and temperatures.

These inserts are suitable for use in valves such as IVAR.PICV 00, 05, 100, and 105, and are rated for operation between -20°C and +120°C. They are available in multiple flow settings and pressure ranges, making them adaptable to different system requirements.

How to choose

• Select based on the required pressure range (e.g., 15–130kPa, 22–300kPa, 30–410kPa) and flow capacity (e.g., 203–792l/h, 972–3560l/h) to match the system's hydraulic needs.
• Ensure compatibility with the valve model (e.g., IVAR.PICV 00, 05, 100, 105) and thread type for correct installation.
• Choose the appropriate color-coded insert to align with the desired operating parameters and system design.
