Flush valve for Hydroland SMART concealed WC frame

Inside the concealed cistern of the Hydroland SMART installation frame, the flush valve has one simple but essential job: to let water into the bowl when the flush plate is pressed and then shut the outlet reliably. When you press the plate, the valve lifts off its seat, the water drains into the pan and the valve settles back into place. The cistern is sealed again until the fill valve has refilled it for the next flush.

When is it time for a replacement? Typically when a thin stream of water keeps running down the inside of the bowl long after flushing, when the cistern refills although nobody has flushed, or when the flush has noticeably lost its power. A new valve makes the cistern watertight again and brings back a full flush. There is no need to dismantle the frame or the tiling – the valve is reached from the front through the service opening hidden behind the flush plate.

This valve is designed for the SMART frame. If you have a Hydroland SLIM, STANDARD or FIT concealed frame, you need a different flush valve made specifically for those frames.
