The FNIRSI 1014D is an oscilloscope with a signal generator featuring a bandwidth of 100 MHz and a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s. Thanks to its trigger modes (Auto, Normal, Single), it is suitable for both periodic analog and non-periodic digital signals. It features a cursor measurement function that facilitates manual reading of parameters such as amplitude and frequency without the need for additional calculations.
The generator offers 14 standard signal types, including sine, square, and sawtooth waves, with a maximum frequency of 10 MHz. The generator also supports custom signal output with adjustable frequency, amplitude, and a peak-to-peak voltage of up to 2.5 Vpp.
The oscilloscope is equipped with 1 GB of internal memory, which allows you to store up to 1,000 waveforms and 1,000 screenshots. Stored data can be easily exported via the USB port to a computer for further analysis. A powerful waveform manager allows you to view, zoom, rotate, and delete stored recordings directly on the device. Technical specifications:
