Since its establishment in 1993, Quadroflex Limited Liability Company has been a purely commercial company operating on the Slovak market. With its 28 years of operation, it has won a leading position in the field of importing and selling gas water heaters (then under the QUADRIGA brand). Currently, it is a very important business partner and supplier for the professional distribution channel of the water-heating-gas range (especially wholesalers) on our market. It is a leader primarily in the breadth of the product range offered, not only in terms of quantity but also quality. The goal of the company, which already had the widest range of gas and electric storage water heaters as well as gas boilers at the time of its establishment, is to increase the demands of our market and thus the technical equipment of our households at the level of current science and technology.
HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
In 1993, the company QUADRIGA s.r.o. was founded for the purpose of importing and distributing gas and electric storage water heaters and gas boilers of the American manufacturer RELIANCE STATE (under the brand name QUADRIGA series Q6). operating in the territory of the former Czechoslovakia.
In 1996, the demand for gas connection hoses and gas stoves increases. The name of the company is changing from QUADRIGA s.r.o. at QUADROFLEX s.r.o. (introduction of flexible gas connection hoses to the Slovak market in addition to the permanent distribution of QUADRIGA gas storage water heaters). In an effort to offer customers a product of European character, the company QUADROFLEX s.r.o. in 1999 it established business relations with the company MerloniTermoSanitari S. p. A. (today ARISTON THERMO GROUP). Gas storage water heaters are again becoming the main sales program. QUADRIGA (Q8 series).
Since 2004, the company has been introducing the ARISTON brand as a result of the import and distribution of electric water heaters from the same manufacturer. Gradually, the company added other products, such as water treatment plants, solar systems and heat pumps for heating water, as well as magnetic dirt separators.
As a result of a sudden change in the business policy of the manufacturer ARISTON THERMO GROUP, QUADROFLEX established business cooperation with the leading European manufacturer TESY Ltd. in 2017. Currently, the QUADROFLEX company is, in addition to its own brands, an exclusive sales representative for several manufacturers. It distributes complete lines of electric and combined water heaters and electric convectors manufactured by TESY, SIWELL electric heaters, QUADROFLEX brand water or heat storage tanks, as well as QUADROFLEX brand gas heaters, CIMM expansion tanks, BIASI gas boilers. Recently, the company has become a manufacturer of magnetic dirt separators under its own brand QUADROMAG with its own development.

The company's employees constantly monitor the Slovak market, its direction and, in particular, customer requirements for the offered assortment and services (assortment, quality, design, service, sales, etc.). Today, the company QUADROFLEX s.r.o. one of the most important importers of heating technology with an extensive service and sales network for all products distributed here. As before, in the future the company will place high demands on the quality, modern design and technical level of the imported products and, not least, on the price-quality ratio of the products offered. The concept of customer satisfaction, and thus of its customers, is and will continue to be a limiting indicator in its activities.
