HT cleaning piece: access to the pipe without opening the wall
The cleaning piece is a fitting with a removable cap. Installed in a waste line, it leaves an opening through which the pipe can be inspected and cleared with a drain rod or spiral.

Where to install it
- at the foot of a vertical stack before it turns horizontal,
- ahead of long horizontal sections and after several changes of direction,
- only where it stays reachable, for example behind an inspection door or in a service shaft.
Fitting notes
The piece is pushed into the socket like any other HT fitting. After each opening check that the cap seal is seated correctly.
