To check for doneness, simply stick the probe into the thickest part of the meat, avoiding the bones. The probe cable is over 1 metre (102 cm) long, so you can place the probe anywhere in the oven. The probe, probe holder and cable can withstand temperatures up to +380 °C (+380 °F) and are splash and steam resistant.

And now the best part! The thermometer pairs with your smartphone via Bluetooth, opening up a world of professional cooking possibilities. The ToGrill mobile app includes 10 preset profiles for a variety of meats, from tender poultry to thick cuts of beef. When your food reaches the ideal temperature, the app alerts you with an audible beep. The app can even graphically illustrate any temperature changes during food preparation.
