The XDR-960 series is a high-end, ultra-slim industrial AC/DC DIN rail power supply with an output of 960 W. - Key features of this series include a narrow 96-mm-wide housing that optimizes installation space within the system, and an extremely wide input voltage range of 85–305 V AC, suitable for worldwide use. - It achieves a maximum efficiency of up to 96% and very low standby power consumption of 1.5 W. - It supports the Modbus communication interface, provides constant current with the ability to handle short-term overloads of up to 200% of peak power, and can handle transient current spikes of up to 600%. - It features a fanless design, an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C (up to +60 °C at full load), complies with the OVC III standard, and allows for parallel operation up to 3840 W. - It also features a very low inrush current of <10–23 A and includes DC OK and remote on/off functions. - It is equipped with an integrated ORing FET; the internal PCB has a protective coating against moisture and dust; and it offers multiple terminal block options to choose from. - Thanks to comprehensive protection features, full safety certifications, and a five-year warranty, the XDR-960 series represents a compact, high-performance, and highly reliable DIN rail power supply. Variety of Wire Termination Options Each model in the XDR series is available in three wire-termination configurations: • Screw terminal block (classic terminal with a screw that mechanically clamps the wire) • LA (Lever Actuated) = Lever-actuated terminal block (terminal with a flip-out lever, typically WAGO, allows for quick, tool-free connection) • PI (Push-In) = Push-in terminal block (also known as a spring-loaded terminal—the wire is simply inserted and held in place by an internal spring) MODBus Communication Support Communication provides functions such as control, configuration, and monitoring. Monitored parameters include output voltage, output power, and input voltage. The communication interface connection cable is included with the power supply.
