The Ermenrich BBQ GT20 is your personal assistant in the kitchen when grilling or smoking. Thanks to it, you will always know what is going on inside your roast, baked fish, whole chicken or beef steak. Just carefully insert the thin stainless steel probe into the food and watch the information on the display.

The probe measures temperatures from 0°C to +300°C and its durable Teflon cable can withstand intense heat up to +380°C. Measurement accuracy remains high, with a maximum error of ±3 %. It is important to note that the probe and cable are designed for cooking, not for direct exposure to open flame. Follow the safety instructions to ensure that the equipment will last you for many years.

You can use the full potential of the thermometer by connecting it to your smartphone via Bluetooth and opening the ToGrill app. This app serves as your personal cooking guide. Simply select the type of meat, set the desired doneness, make any adjustments and wait for the result. The thermometer will alert you with an audible signal when the food is ready. The app also displays your cooking history in a clear graph and offers preset configurations for 10 different types of food. You can control the process remotely from up to 80 metres away, allowing you to relax and spend time with friends and family while dinner prepares itself.

The Ermenrich BBQ GT20 takes care of the details for you. After a long period of inactivity, it automatically switches off to save energy. When you remove the probe from the food, the display shows the last temperature readings so you have time to read and write them down. Need to keep track of time? The countdown timer function, adjustable up to almost 12 hours, is ideal for this task. An indicator on the LCD display lets you know when it's time to replace the 2 AAA batteries.

This Ermenrich thermometer is not only intelligent but also a practical measuring tool. Thanks to the magnet on the back, it can be easily attached to the fridge, stove, grill lid or cooker hood so that it is always close at hand.
