The battery is like new; it's been used for about a week. It is fully functional, has been inspected and tested by a technician, and comes with a 24-month warranty. The battery is not cracked; there is only a scratch on the plastic in one spot. THIS IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE BATTERY'S FUNCTION. We are selling it WITHOUT the original packaging.
